The location of this place is really nice, with plenty of great restaurant options nearby and easy access to the highway, all while being situated by the Columbia River.

Once I got on property, I asked for a room w a balcony so I could work facing the water. Boom, done w/o extra cost!

Keep forgetting to ask about a bathtub. More and more rooms are coming without. If you like a soak, be sure and ask or it is showers only.

There was not enough coffee in the room for a cup for each of us

The venue is fairly clean, with nice location adjacent to local areas and restaurants, the Columbia river and many good restaurants nearby. Excellent and absolutely friendly staff as one would expect. The hotel has a nice size rooms with fire place and pull out couch, for example. The lobby bar is a nice plus.

Great location on the river with a wonderful view. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and nicely decorated lobby with Starbucks coffee available.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our 5-day stay, while the location was superb, just 12 miles away from the Tri-Cities airport, making it very convenient to reach.

The room is a nice size and beautiful with a jetted tub & fireplace. It has a nice location very close to three good restaurants virtually next door. - the hotel is close to the bistro, the river, and marina. - Lake Wallula is only 700 feet from the hotel

The shower was nice however no fan so had to do hair and make-up in the rooms mirror because ours wouldn't unfog in time!

Well we got there and they couldn't find our reservation. We finally got to our room and they put us in a King room with pull out couch. I knew right away and turned around to get the correct room, the safe made at least 3 different reason we don't have the correct room and would not change it. We had asked for a King room with a view in which I was excited about. We get in the room and the bed is ridiculously high and the curtain was falling down. When I was getting into bed my book fell I jumped down and there was candy wrapper on the ground under the bedskirt,

The room is comfortable and has a nice view.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was cool. I thoroughly enjoyed the exceptionally nice staff. Its location was wonderful, right on the Columbia River and in a fairly nice area. The food they offered was excellent and had a lot of meal options.
